ECLIPSE PARTY

Celebrate the eclipse at St. Alphonsus Liguori school with your student! Parents are invited to bring eclipse themed snacks such as Sun Chips, Capri Sun, Moon Pies, etc. to share with their child’s class.

While glasses will be provided to students, parents will need to bring their own. Parents must return the attached permission slip in order for their child to participate.

Join us as we challenge the best cooks in the area to create the perfect chili. The Saint Alphonsus Liguori School Chili Cookoff and Color Run is happening at St. Alphonsus Liguori Catholic School in Prospect Heights, IL, USA.

Tickets: $5.00 per person or $20.00 per family

Tickets include 3 tasting tickets and 3 voting tickets per person. All other food items will be sold separately.

Get ready to taste the most delicious chili creations in town! Whether you love to cook chili or just enjoy eating it, vote for the best chili and have fun trying out the creations.

We are firing up the grills to cook Brats and Dogs! Other food items will be available also.

Students and families will dress in colors matching their ages as they run around the back field. Raffle tickets will be sold and fantastic prizes will be awarded.

OPEN HOUSE - SUNDAY, JANUARY 28

Join us for an Open House on Sunday, January 28 from 8:30-11:30 AM. Current and new families are welcome to drop by the school to take a tour, meet faculty and staff, and register for the 2024-2025 school year. Register before 2/29 and save $50 off of the registration fee.

The Scholastic Book Fair will also be open in the library.

The Santa Shoppe Returns!

 

The week of December 10 is the PSA Santa Shoppe. It is a wonderful time for the children to shop for presents for family and friends. Please consider signing up to volunteer and get in those service hours. PSA will send home with you letters of explanation and envelopes for you to use. Children can bring in money that week and have a lot of fun!

 

2023 ANNUAL CHRISTMAS CONCERT

Saint Alphonsus Liguori School Christmas Concert.  Text is surrounded by gifts, ornaments, and other Christmas items.

Join us for The Saint Alphonsus Liguori School Annual Christmas Concert!

All students will perform in grades Preschool-8th. We hope you will enjoy hearing the music they have been working on for the last two months as a part of the music program.

 

When: Wednesday, December, 20th 2023

Time: 6:30 p.m.

Where: St. Alphonsus Liguori Church

 

All students must be in the church by 6:15 p.m. and sit with their homeroom teacher. Students need to dress in nice clothing (no Jeans, no tank tops, and no gym shoes).

 

Choir members will meet in the music room with Mrs. Duncan at 5:45 p.m. The Choir should dress in black and white and accent with Red (example: Belt, Scarf, Jewelry, tie, headband, etc.).

Lou Malnati's Frozen Pizza

Support the St. Alphonsus Liguori School Soccer Team by ordering a Lou Malnati's frozen pizza! Each pizza is $13, and orders are due by October 6.

The new St. Alphonsus Soccer Teams are having a fundraiser! You can purchase Coupon Vouchers for discounted Lou Malnati's Frozen Pizzas.

They normally cost $15-$18 dollars in the restaurant. Our school has a special price, and we also get to keep a portion of the proceeds.

Please either find and order from a St. Al's soccer team player or submit your order form to the office. You can order for friends & family. Spread the word!

Coupon vouchers will be passed out about 2 weeks after the fundraiser is over, so please make sure to fill out your contact information completely when placing your order so that they can be delivered to you. Cash or Checks payable to St. Alphonsus Athletics.
