Age Requirements for Admissions
- 3 year old PreK: 3 years of age by September 1
- 4 year old PreK: 4 years of age by September 1
- Kindergarten: 5 years of age by September 1
- 1st Grade: 6 years of age by September 1
Registration Process
1. Contact the school office to arrange a personal tour. During your visit you will receive a tour of the facilities, observe classes in session, as well as discuss the school's philosophy, and curriculum.
2. Complete the registration form online and email the birth certificate, the baptismal certificate if baptized (not required to be baptized), and a completed State of Illinois Health Form showing all completed immunizations dated within a year of school starting. Email a PDF or photo of these documents to l.bromer@saintalphonsus.com at registration. New students in grades K-8 must also provide a recent Dental Examination and Vision Examination by the first day of school.

Students registering for the first time in Preschool are required to pay a deposit of the first month’s tuition at the time of registration. This will be applied to the first payment. This deposit is non-refundable. Contact Linda Bromer, the school admissions officer, for the amount.
